Frame: Made of high-strength steel plate, through internationally leading CAE analysis and finite element 

topology optimization, a new frame structure design, double-layer pressing, one-time molding, more rea-

-sonable structure, lower center of gravity, lighter weight, and stronger load-bearing capacity.

Axle and suspension: Adopting SIS suspension system, with Hande MAN technology lightweight front 

axle and Steyr technology drive axle, the load-bearing capacity is far superior to domestic lightweight

dump trucks of the same level. The rear suspension uses mainstream configuration and new techno-

-logy, with 12 leaf springs and 4 horse trucks design, the chassis is waterproof, and the reliability is high.

Braking system: Equipped with ABS + ASR + EBL internationally leading braking system, as well as

ultra-wide brake shoes and efficient disc brake system, it can provide effective braking under high speed

and heavy load conditions. The unique WEVB engine braking system improves the braking efficiency by-

-more than 55%, providing reliable safety guarantee for the vehicle to drive downhill.

Shaanxi Automobile F3000 has large low-speed torque. This series of engines has excellent 

low-speed torque performance, which can provide strong power support when the vehicle 

starts and climbs. It has strong heavy-load climbing ability, so that the vehicle can easily climb 

steep slopes when fully loaded with goods, effectively improving transportation efficiency. It is 

also equipped with the latest high-pressure common rail system and built-in EGR technology 

from Bosch in Germany. The intelligent ECU accurately controls fuel injection, and the injection 

pressure is as high as 1600bar, which greatly improves the fuel atomization effect and makes diesel

combustion more complete, thereby improving fuel utilization, reducing fuel consumption, and sav-

-ing operating costs. It is individually adjusted for the working conditions of engineering vehicles, 

and the components have also been improved to improve durability. It can adapt to the working 

requirements of dump trucks in various harsh working conditions such as dusty construction sites 

and muddy roads, and the engine runs stably and reliably.
