1.It adopts a double-layer 8+8mm thickened frame, a wheelbase combination of 1800+4600+1350mm, and is equipped with an AC16 reinforced double rear axle (single axle carries 16 tons). The curb weight is about 15 tons and the rated load is 35 tons. The chassis ground clearance is optimized to 250mm, the approach angle is 19°, and the passability is better than similar models.

Multiple wave-breaking plates are installed inside the tank body, and the five longitudinal beams at the bottom strengthen the structure, which effectively suppresses the impact of liquid sloshing on the vehicle stability. The wave-breaking plates are specially designed to reduce stress concentration and improve impact resistance by optimizing the buffer port layout and adding metal ribs. In terms of safety configuration, the tank body is equipped with European standard tank mouth, seabed valve and voice prompt alarm device as standard. Some models can be equipped with an intelligent monitoring system to monitor liquid level, pressure and other parameters in real time. In addition, the main welds of the tank body have been X-rayed and tested in accordance with GB18564.1-2019 standards to ensure welding quality and structural strength.
