MT86H Series Wide Body Mining Truck
1.Strong power output：MT86H is equipped with Weichai WP12G460E310 engine (domestic standard), with maximum power of 460 horsepower and maximum torque of 1800N・m. It can continuously output high torque in the low speed range (1400-1600rpm), which meets the heavy-load climbing requirements of mines. It is equipped with Fast 7DS200 seven-speed gearbox, which has smooth gear shifting and transmission efficiency of up to 98%, ensuring loss-free power transmission.
2.Advanced suspension and braking system：The front axle uses parabolic leaf spring + double-acting cylinder shock absorber, and the rear axle uses multi-leaf spring + lateral stabilizer bar structure to effectively absorb road impact. The braking system is equipped with widened brakes (diameter 430mm) and dual-circuit air brakes as standard, and the braking distance is shortened by 15% compared with similar products.

When fully loaded with 60 tons, the climbing speed reaches 15km/h, which is more than 10% higher than similar products. The frame adopts a main and secondary structure reinforcement design, and the cargo box uses 16Mn wear-resistant steel plate (thickness 8mm), which has significant impact resistance and can withstand 200-ton rock impact, ensuring long-term durability under harsh working conditions.
