1.Powerful power system：Equipped with a 371-horsepower engine (such as WD615.47), the maximum torque reaches 1550-1560Nm, matched with the HW19710 10-speed gearbox, the power output is stable, suitable for heavy-load starting and complex road conditions.
2.HW76 cab: single-sided high-strength frame structure, hydraulic flip design (50 degrees), wide field of vision; internal configuration of air conditioning, stereo system, good sealing, adaptable to harsh environments.
3.Multi-scenario applicability: Developed for complex road conditions such as mines, ports, and construction sites, it supports 30-35 tons of actual load and optional cargo box size (such as 5.6 meters long). The cargo box material, lifting system, and tire configuration can be adjusted to meet different operational needs.
This model focuses on practicality and comfort. The HW76 cab adopts a single-sided high-strength frame design, a hydraulic flip structure for easy maintenance, and comes standard with air conditioning, heated seats and a stereo system. For special working conditions, optional Hyva lifting cylinders, cargo box floor heating and water spray cooling devices are available, and multiple sizes of cargo boxes from 5.6 to 8.8 meters can be customized to meet 30-35 tons of load requirements. Its three-stage air filter, reinforced suspension system and mature parts system enable it to maintain high reliability and low maintenance costs in harsh environments, making it an ideal choice for mining transportation and infrastructure projects.
Details
The cargo box is made of manganese steel, with optional bottom plate thickness of 8-14mm and side plate thickness of 6-12mm. Combined with the five-longitudinal beam reinforcement design, it has strong impact resistance and is suitable for high-frequency heavy-load operations in harsh environments such as mines and construction sites. Some models can be equipped with seven longitudinal beams to further improve load-bearing stability.
