The main case of Sinotruk 19710 transmission adopts a double intermediate shaft structure, with power splitting. Each intermediate shaft, bearing and gear only bears 1/2 of the total power, which can reduce the center distance, the diameter of each gear, the width of the gear and the diameter of each shaft, making the transmission short in axial dimension and light in weight, while improving reliability. The auxiliary case adopts a planetary transmission mechanism, which can effectively overcome the problem of early failure of the auxiliary case and extend the service life of the transmission assembly. The housing adopts an advanced vertical split structure. When the capacity or number of gears of the transmission changes, only the length of the middle case needs to be adjusted. Other housings are universal, and assembly, especially "tooth alignment", becomes simple.
