The HOWO 380 dump truck is a high-performance engineering transport vehicle under Sinotruk. Its core configuration is equipped with a 380-horsepower WD615 engine, matched with an HW19712 manual transmission and an HW50 direct-connected power take-off. The drive form is 6×4, with strong power output and efficient transmission performance. The vehicle adopts a double-layer frame (8+8/300mm) and AC16 self-adjusting arm double rear axle, with a reinforced multi-leaf spring suspension, a maximum total mass of 25 tons, a rated load of 12.37 tons, and a cargo compartment size of 5.8 meters.

For right-hand drive cabs, the driver is on the right side of the vehicle. When overtaking on the right, merging lanes, or driving on narrow roads, the driver can more intuitively observe the traffic conditions and obstacles on the right side, reduce the blind spot on the right side, and improve driving safety and accuracy. Especially in areas with complex road conditions and heavy traffic, this visual advantage allows the driver to better cope with various situations.
The layout of the joystick, instrument panel and other control components is optimized based on right-hand-drive driving habits, making the driver's operation smoother and enabling faster and more accurate gear shifting, braking, steering and other operations, improving driving convenience and work efficiency. This advantage is more obvious under conditions of frequent start-stop and operation, helping to reduce the driver's workload.
